Refund and Return Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Return Policy informs you about the rules for returning products and handling refunds for items sold by the Samadhi Spiritual Store (hereinafter referred to as “online store,” “we”).
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1. Under European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any reason within 14 days.
2.2. The right of withdrawal begins on the day of receipt of the product.
2.3. The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products in sealed packaging that are not eligible for return after the packaging has been opened for health or hygiene reasons.
- Perishable goods or products with a short expiration date.
3. Process for Returning a Product
3.1. If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please notify our customer service at the following contact: info@samadhishop.com
3.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition to the following address: Fullpost s. r. o., 943 01 Štúrovo, Svätého Štefana 10., Slovakia.
3.3. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or does not match the order.
3.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance when returning a product, as we are not responsible for lost returned items.
4. Refund Conditions
4.1. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
4.2. The refund amount includes the product’s purchase price and the original shipping costs (except when the customer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery).
4.3. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
4.4. If the product’s condition does not match its original state (e.g., used, damaged), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
5. Handling of Defective Products
5.1. If the purchased product is defective, please notify us immediately at the following contact: info@samadhishop.com
5.2. In the case of a defective product, you have the right to request a free repair, replacement, or refund.
5.3. We will cover the cost of returning the defective product.
5.4. For handmade products, a reasonable deviation from the product photo does not constitute a defective product.
