BedspreadsA wide range of Buddha motif and schematic mandala pattern bedspread fabrics from India. You can use it as a bedspread, tapestry or even a beach towel. For bedspread sizes, please refer to the description of each product. Basically, you will find two different sizes: single and double sized bedspreads. While the former is usually 130 x 210 centimetres, the double size is around 230 x 210 centimetres. The material of the products here is of high quality and they are machine washable. Our bedspread stock is constantly being updated, so if you've just run out of your chosen type, it's worth checking back regularly. Advice for the proper care of your bedspreads We'd like to offer you a simple tip to help you preserve the colour of your fabric over time and avoid fading. In some cases, the bedspreads we sell are pre-treated, but this is not always the case, so our advice is to soak the bedspread in a 1:10 solution of vinegar before using it for the first time, and this will fix the colours permanently. The fabric is then free to be washed at any time. It should be noted that all dyed linen and cotton fabrics should be preserved in this way.

Buddhist Mala
Wrist MalaThe function of the mala is to measure how many of each mantra has been said by folding the eyes once during the practice, essentially imperceptibly. And the wrist mala with fewer eyes can also be used to count the total number of laps on the 108 mala, held in the other hand. This is useful if you are saying 1000 or more mantras of something in one sitting. Malas are also popular simply hung around the neck or worn on the wrist as jewellery. There are several explanations for the number of eyes on the malas, 108, and why it has exactly that many eyes. These essentially describe the mystical, special nature of the number 108, which is not disputed. At the same time, we can also take the view, as some lamas sometimes say, that the reason there are 108 eyes on the Mala is that even if we miss or miss a few mantras during practice, we still "have at least 100 mantras" in one round. Buddhist prayer flagAll our Nepalese and Tibetan Buddhist prayer flags are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. In addition to the traditional wind chimes and Buddha prayer flags, you will also find unique Tibetan prayer flags with eight lucky symbols, Healing Buddha, PEACE, and the more modern 7 chakra symbol, which is a departure from tradition. The prayer flag can be placed in your window, on your balcony or in your garden. Many people also use it indoors, for example in healing or meditation rooms. According to Tibetan belief, the prayer flag transmits the energy of the symbols, prayers and mantras on it when in contact with the wind, thus harmonizing their surroundings. Thus as the wind blows the flag, the surrounding space is purified and sanctified by the mantras. This is why you can find many prayer flags in Buddhist strongholds, stupas and monastery surroundings. Traditionally, the texts on the prayer flag are from Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche), Chenrezi, and Manjushri. The Traditional Prayer Flag The Traditional Prayer Flag set contains five different colours, symbolising the five elements that make up the universe: blue, white, red, green and yellow. The blue colour symbolises space, green represents air and wind, red represents fire, white represents water and yellow represents earth. There is no resin, glass or painted artificial stone. In my spiritual journey, I have learned several different ways in which the energy of a mineral can be heightened and a blessing can be placed on a mala. I also know consecration according to the traditional Tibetan tradition and have a transmission for the practice. I always choose from the options to bless a mala whatever I think is appropriate at the time. The making of the malas follows the traditional Tibetan method: they are strung on strong thread, 108 stitches, and have a sliding knot so that their size/stitch spacing can be adjusted.
